What does the pricing-model look like?
Sysarb's pricing is based on the selected package, along with number of employees. Customization and additional support levels may affect the overall cost.
Are there any setup fees for new clients?
Yes. Sysarb charge a fee for the onboarding process. The onboarding includes technical integration or data-upload, configuration and customization of the platform. You will have your own dedicated Customer Success Manager taking care of you from start to finish.
What kind of support can I expect with each plan?
All plans come with access to our world-class support, with agents, customer success managers, technical support and comprehensive guides.
Is there a monthly alternative tomy subscription?
No. Sysarb writes agreement with customers on annual basis.
When can I cancel my subscription?
We would be very sorry to see you leave. When your agreement reaches the end you can cancel your subscription with three months notice.
